Step 2: Updating after Rework from Approval

After having prepared the map for Approval, it is published into Prelive and the Approvers are informed.

After reviewing the map, probably in association with other maps, an Approver may decide that rework is required on the map. They will set the Approval status of the map to Rework and give a reason. The map will then be returned to Sandpit for editing and you will receive an email.

1. Open the map in the Sandpit using the Map Control Console.
2. Make the edits as requested.
3. Prepare the map for Approval:
• Delete the Reason for Rework.
• Change the Approval Status from Rework to Modified.
• Set Ready for Approval to Yes.
4. The map will then be published for Approval at the next Sandpit publish.
